Waye’s commitment to the industry has included a passion for advancing women in renewable energy, which she demonstrates through her active involvement in organizations like Women in Renewable and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) and Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE). Additionally, her volunteer work with Iron & Earth has helped professionals from the Oil & Gas sector transition into renewable energy, expanding the organization’s presence in Calgary.

Beyond her recruitment expertise, Victoria is a dedicated advocate for mentorship and professional skills development. Her leadership and insights are frequently sought after, and she has been a speaker at notable industry events such as Electricity Transformation Canada, Global Energy Show (Careers Segment) and Solar Power International.
