The Lee Group’s Wes Ashworth Accepted into Pinnacle Society

Wes Ashworth, Vice President of Executive Search at Lee Group Search, has been accepted into The Pinnacle Society, the elite consortium of industry-leading recruiters in North America.

Lee Group Search, headquartered in Newport News, Virginia with a national focus, is a premier executive recruitment firm.

For more than 30 years, The Pinnacle Society has provided the nation’s top recruiters a forum to exchange business principles, best practices and placement techniques that led them to achieve and maintain their success. It serves its membership capped at 80 through continuous education, mutual support and inspiration from other members.

Ashworth leads executive recruitment and placement for companies both across the United States and throughout southeastern and central Virginia. He joined the company in 2014 as an Executive Search Consultant and was promoted to his current position in April 2020. While his specialty nationwide is working in the plastics and packaging industry, Ashworth has experience that spans varied industries, having worked closest with clients and candidates in manufacturing, logistics and distribution.
