Caitlyn Breedlove
Caitlyn Breedlove is a Research Associate at Lee Group Search, supporting recruiting initiatives with a strong background in talent sourcing, operational support and customer-focused work. She brings years of experience from a renewable energy recruiting firm, where she supported talent research, sourcing efforts and day-to-day recruiting operations, along with a broader professional foundation in customer service across a range of industries.
Caitlyn studied Business and Applied Entrepreneurship at the University of Texas at San Antonio and later at Grand Canyon University. At Lee Group Search, she plays a collaborative and evolving role, supporting recruiting processes while contributing to a team culture rooted in openness and trust. She especially appreciates President Wes Ashworth’s leadership philosophy, one that values every voice and encourages collaboration.
With experience in training, mentoring and a background in teaching, Caitlyn enjoys supporting others and sharing knowledge. She values mentorship as an important part of both team development and long-term success and enjoys using those skills in her day-to-day work.
Based in Orlando, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her two kids, visiting Disney and getting to the beach whenever she can. Outside of work, she enjoys creative, hands-on projects and DIY activities.
