Caitlyn Breedlove
Caitlyn Breedlove, Research Associate at Lee Group Search, supports executive search initiatives by helping identify and research talent for companies across the clean and renewable energy industry.
Caitlyn brings previous experience with a renewable energy recruiting firm, where she supported talent research, sourcing, and day-to-day recruiting operations. That background gives her an understanding of the detailed work behind a successful search and the importance of keeping the people involved at the center of the process.
At Lee Group Search, Caitlyn works closely with the recruiting team to support searches and help uncover the talent clients need. She brings a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to her work and values clear communication, trust, and different perspectives.
Much of that work happens behind the scenes, and Caitlyn understands how much detail goes into keeping a search organized and moving forward. She approaches research and sourcing with care, knowing that strong groundwork helps the recruiting team focus its conversations on the people most relevant to the search.
With additional experience in training, mentoring, and teaching, Caitlyn also enjoys helping others learn and grow. She sees mentorship and knowledge-sharing as important parts of building strong teams and brings that mindset to her work with colleagues.
Caitlyn studied Business and Applied Entrepreneurship at the University of Texas at San Antonio and Grand Canyon University.
Based in Orlando, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her two kids, visiting Disney, heading to the beach, and taking on creative, hands-on DIY projects outside of work.
