With more than a decade of recruitment experience focused largely on renewable energy, Victoria brings firsthand knowledge of the hiring challenges facing companies across the industry. Her experience spans the United States, Canada, and Australia, giving her a broad perspective on the talent market.
Victoria’s approach to business development is grounded in relationships and conversation. Rather than starting with a job order, she takes time to understand a company’s business, growth plans, challenges, and the people it needs to move forward. Victoria is also an advocate for the advancement of women and professionals transitioning into renewable energy. She has been involved with Women in Renewable and Sustainable Energy (WRISE), Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE), and Iron & Earth, where she helped support oil and gas professionals exploring careers in renewable energy.
A strong believer in mentorship, education, and industry connection, Victoria shares her experience through speaking engagements and thought leadership. She has presented at the SEEDS Symposium, Global Petroleum Show, and Solar Power International.
