Throughout his career, Danny has worked across the renewable energy landscape, including EPCs, engineering firms, racking manufacturers, energy storage developers, and utilities. He approaches recruiting with genuine curiosity, using every conversation to better understand how the industry works, where it is headed, and the people moving it forward.
That curiosity is especially important in his work with candidates. Danny knows a resume rarely tells the full story, particularly for experienced professionals. He takes the time to read between the lines, uncover responsibilities and accomplishments that may not be immediately obvious, and help candidates understand how their experience could translate into a new opportunity.
For Danny, the best placements are true wins for both the client and candidate and continue to prove themselves over time. Some of his most rewarding searches are those where he recognized the fit early and later watched the candidate grow with the same company for five years or more.
Persistence also shapes the way Danny works. He is guided by a piece of advice he received early in his recruiting career: “Just make the call.” When a search feels difficult or the path forward is unclear, that reminder keeps him focused on taking the next step and starting the conversation.
Based in New Jersey, Danny is active in his community through Freemasonry and charitable programs supporting veterans and others in need. One memorable experience was completing an 800-mile fundraising bicycle ride in support of New City Kids and its work helping inner-city youth pursue higher education.
